Rocky Mountain Newlyweds – Adventure on Top of the World
The Rocky Mountains are what every couple wants as their after wedding session backdrop and Jane and Bryan had a vision in mind. This adventurous couple couldn’t wait to climb the mountain peaks for stunningly beautiful photos of a lifetime.
Bryan and Jane worked with photographer Joel Abrahamson to create a unique and intimate feeling to their photos. While the mountains around them seem overwhelming -the couple were all about each other and it shows! Jane’s gown, with it’s wispy flowing skirt, is perfect as it blows in the wind. And Bryan’s choice of a blue suit blends perfectly with the colours of the sky behind them.
Rocky Mountain Newlyweds and Adventure Climbing
One thing we love about this couple and their grand adventure is that they are also a great example of how to do this practically. It’s one thing to have this amazing idea and it’s another to make it happen. Be sure that you find a photographer who is not only willing to go to the top of the world but it also comfortable with the reality. And experienced. Weather, winds and heights are not something everyone is wanting to challenge!
As well, there is the glamour versus reality. Jane and Bryan look like they stepped off a runway but we love that Jane has the prettiest flats to wear and naturally beautiful hair and makeup. She prepared to be windblown!
Jane and Bryan obviously love life and think big. We can only imagine what the rest of their lives together will be!
