Poets Cove Resort & Spa provides full event planning services, making us one of the most desirable wedding locations on the West Coast. We offer our couples a customized wedding coordination plan or pre-built wedding packages.  Whether your dream wedding is a large gala affair or a personal intimate gathering, our venues provide the perfect backdrop for your elegant destination wedding. 

SEAGLASS BALLROOM & TERRACE 

This truly stunning space features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean and French doors opening up to a breath-taking terraced garden patio. Boasting gorgeous seaside views, the Terrace is a beautiful location for ceremonies and cocktail receptions. With 1,586 square feet, this space accommodates up to 100 people and can be sectioned off into smaller areas.

Aurora Dining Room

Aurora is the island’s premier fine-dining restaurant, offering a West Coast Inspired menu. Featuring a private bar, seating for up to 40 guests and a patio overlooking spectacular Bedwell Harbour – it’s also a perfect venue for an intimate reception or private event.

The Poets Cove BBQ

Create your ideal menu with a combination of hot & cold items crafted on site by our experienced Chef. The BBQ serves a minimum of 20 guests and a Chef charge of $75 will apply.

THE EXECUTIVE COTTAGE

Located on a hilltop overlooking the bay, our Executive Cottage boasts a large beautiful garden and patio area. Perfectly suited as a small, intimate wedding venue or wedding rehearsal dinner venue, this space hosts up to 60 wedding guests for cocktail hour or as many as 30 guests for a sit-down dinner.

Elopements

Just far enough away from the city to feel like a true escape, Poets Cove Resort & Spa on Pender Island is truly one of the best places to elope.  The elopement wedding packages are tailored to make sure your romantic retreat and intimate wedding is a beautiful affair, without any of the usual stresses.
