Profile
Galiano Oceanfront Inn & Spa have been the “heart” of Galiano Island for many years. We are the home to weddings, special events & memorable celebrations.
Located one hour by ferry from both Vancouver and Victoria, we are Galiano Island’s premiere wedding venue. We offer intimate weddings for up to 24 and elopement packages for your destination wedding. Beach ceremony, garden ceremony or indoor ceremony by candlelight – the choice is yours.
Choose a canapé and champagne reception or a sophisticated & elegant multi-course dinner. We are an intimate boutique resort and our staff will help create a memorable wedding day for both you and all your family and friends. We will provide you with assistance on arranging a Marriage commissioner, music, flowers, menu choices & beverage selections.
Stay in one of our luxurious suites, all of which have ocean views. Enjoy a couples massage at our spa Madrona del Mar. Let us help you create a vision of what you want your wedding day to be. We will help you design something that meets your desires and your budget. We will assess each part carefully during our meetings and correspondence. You can relax and enjoy the days leading up to your wedding day while being assured that your quote will be a very close reflection of the final cost.
We will discuss dinner options, canape selections, artisanal wine and draught beer options, champagne selection and bar preferences. Our aim is to create your perfect day that you have envisioned , whether that be simple and rustic or elegant and elaborate. We will help guide you through the decisions…and you will find that once you choose Galiano Inn & Spa on Galiano Island, everything falls into place.
We also host a casual morning -after buffet style breakfast for all wedding attendees. We have found this to be a lovely way to say goodbye as your new, larger family leaves for the ferry.
