Venue Options & Capacity

Westfield Country Club offers multiple banquet/venue spaces to accommodate different sizes and types of events:

Augusta Room: Recently renovated, intimate setting, suitable for up to ~200 guests. Includes a private veranda overlooking the golf course—ideal for cocktail hours or smaller celebrations.

Saw Grass Room: Larger ballroom able to host up to ~500 guests. Comes with an attached DJ room, making it well suited for weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate galas, etc.

Outdoor / Golf Course Venue: For very large events (around 650 guests), the outdoor golf course area is available, allowing for more expansive layouts and décor flexibility.

Services & Amenities

Event Coordination: An on-site events coordinator assists clients in planning; from setup, vendor liaising, customizing décor, design, and execution to ensure a smooth flow

Catering: In-house & off- site, customizable menus. They offer both Indian and Western cuisine and have multiple tiers of menu options (appetizers, mains, desserts) to suit varying budgets and dietary needs.

Decor & Setup Flexibility: Venue décor, lighting, seating, banquet setup are customizable. Multiple room layouts are available depending on guest count and type of event.
