Us + Ewe Farm Wedding Inspiration Table

Us + Ewe Farm Wedding Inspiration…soft, natural colors were used to create the farm-themed look that many desire when dreaming of their big day. We especially loved the white gown with puffed sleeves poetically paired with light tan cowboy boots. Our groom was dressed to complement in white linens and a red plaid bowtie. But not everything was soft and demure. Some genuine self-expression was shown in the socks and suspenders! The floral explosion at the bow of the boat is especially impressive.

We thought we would ask the Us & Ewe Farm Wedding designer, Jill, how it all came together. “The organic vintage charm and real working farm life inspire us! We started in grey weather just before the golden hour, but it all turned out beautifully.”

“The design execution and coordination by Your Dream Theme was planned to include everything. We started at Parry Bay Sheep Farm. The amazing three-tier cake by July Girls Cake Co is dripping with honeysuckle and wrapped in vintage newspaper fondant with fresh blossoms, finishing the delicious sight. The paper suite designed by West Coast Country Creative showed off uniquely hand-cut lace-shaped card stock envelopes with wax seal stamped place settings. These were placed beside old copper keys. The sweet essence of the West Coast blooms from Platinum Floral danced upon the bow of a romantic floating tin boat. Importantly,  each element is organically grown just miles away in Platinum Florals garden.”

“This design was meant to feel wholesome with every aspect and detail. We placed the table to be framed between two glowing trees, tying in nature’s color palette. Our favorite thing was the free-running sheep in the background! We used raw materials from the farm, including an outdoor farm table, vintage shutter doors, and varying textures of lace, velvet, terracotta, and wood elements. The irresistible couple completed the entire tableau. Aisling is stunning in a sensational organic linen custom-made dress by Lily Kennedy. Her makeup is done by artist Rachel Patterson, using naturally toned shades to compliment her complexion perfectly. The hair design by Willow Hairstyles was magic in how it held through the wind and rain. And to complete our show-stopping farm fashion, Justin is outfitted by Outlooks for Men in a natural tone suit and honey linen shirt with a pop of color from the Outway sock collection.”

“This afternoon of fun, beauty, and laughter was worth it, from standing in muddy water holding a ladder over the boat to being surrounded by hundreds of sheep – all to get that perfect shot. We can’t say enough about Becca from Rivkah Photography, who gifted us with this spectacular gallery.” –  Jill Cook, Owner, Planner, and Designer of Your Dream Theme Events.
