Volkswagen Photobus Elopement…we love so much about this shoot! The light blue and white van, the pampas grass, flowers and, of course, the dog! The bride and groom are glowing and everything about this tableau is pretty and pastel. 

Eloping is the way to go these days and this elopement is an inspiration for couples who are looking to send photo announcements to friends and family. The Covid signs that the bride and groom hold explain how everyone is pretty much feeling at the moment. However, eloping also means lots of time for a wonderful custom photo backdrop and session.

This original Volkswagen Photobus Elopement Van is decked out these days with all the pretty. A perk of a small wedding or elopement is there is lots of budget for flowers. Here pampas grass and luxurious white and plush pink florals are all around the van. Blankets are set out so that the newlyweds can pose and their canine family member can join the photos.

The bride is wearing a ballerina inspired wedding gown with spaghetti straps and full skirt (with pockets!). The finishing touches are the hair jeweler and cascading bouquet. The groom sports a blue suit with white shirt and pocket square. The dog happily wears a matching bow around his neck. What more could you ask for from a canine guest?

A Backyard Affair

Kyler and Jaymee’s west coast wedding was a true reflection of them.  A backyard affair filled so much love, good people, happy vibes and a real dance party. The wedding was held at Kyler’s family owned property in Port Alberni. Family and friends were happy to gather to celebrate the marriage of two really amazing people that are clearly meant to be together!

Let’s talk about the gown! We love the open back detail with the ruffles. While the wedding was low key the dress was a tiny bit dramatic and high style. Just perfect for the setting while still making quite the statement.

Dramatic Reveal

We really love the beautiful photos captured of Kyler and Jaymee’s big reveal moment! The entire day is fun filled with plenty of wedding party shots. The real star of this wedding, without a doubt, is the Volkswagen Van! This kiss is so perfect that we blew it up into posters for West Coast Weddings Magazine. So if this couple looks familiar it’s because they were so kind as to allow us to share their wonderful moment.
