Vancity Officiant is a Vancouver-based wedding officiant team specializing in multicultural and multilingual wedding ceremonies. Led by Kevin Leung & Kit Chan, we work with couples from diverse cultural backgrounds, bringing English, Cantonese, and Mandarin together in ceremonies that connect families, traditions, and generations.

Our expertise extends beyond Western-style wedding ceremonies. We also offer professionally guided Chinese Tea Ceremonies, helping couples honour family traditions while making the experience accessible to guests from different cultural backgrounds. For couples looking to combine traditions, we can also incorporate a simplified Parents’ Tea Ritual into selected wedding ceremonies.

With experience officiating over 2,500 weddings, we offer two distinct Wedding Ceremony Experiences. Our Classic Celebration provides a professionally guided, straightforward planning process, while our Signature Celebration offers deeper collaboration through personal storytelling, cultural elements, and ceremony design.

For smaller celebrations, we also offer Intimate Elopements. Couples who wish to include their beloved animals can explore Pawfect Witness™, our pet-inclusive ceremony initiative that also encourages support for animal charities.
